Joel the Golden Goose!

So here I was, poor ol' tired Diaper Daddy, having just finished a 24-hour call only to come home to a pail of stinky poo-poo diapers, courtesy of you-know-who. :(

What to do, but plow through them... and just as I was hanging them out, what do I see!

Something Round and Brown in my freshly washed diaper!
Oh no! Is it a sneaky turd?
Does Diaper Daddy need to do the doo-doo again?

But lo and behold!
Look closer and what does he see?

It's a golden coin!
All our hard work has paid off!
Those never-ending feeds and nights of torture!
Now the only question is.....
Midline laparotomy, or laparoscopic?
